With 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Operational roles, I will provide your team with policies, procedures, and strategies to better your business. As a Sustainability professional, I can guide your teams’ impact strategy and consult on carbon neutrality, energy reduction, and impact reporting projects. With efficient change management and sustainability strategies, I will assist your team through the B Corp™ journey toward certification.

I am originally from Chicago and now living in the beautiful village of Kinvara. I first came across B Corp™ at an event hosted by Patagonia in Dublin and it just clicked - I saw a solution and framework to make sustainability accessible and all-encompassing for businesses. Since then I've been involved in the B Corp™ community, grown the movement in Ireland, become a trained B Leader, and led fiid's journey of certification. I am confident I can offer your company the expertise, insight, and ability to implement positive operational and behavioural change to ensure your business is serving as a force for good.

    B Lab Ireland was founded in 2023 to oversee the growth of the B Corp movement in Ireland. We are part of an international nonprofit network that creates economic systems change through standards, policies, tools, and programs, and certifies companies—known as B Corps—who are leading the way.

  • Enterprise Ireland

    The Green Transition Fund supports companies at every step of their sustainability and decarbonisation journey. Organisations now need to develop a sustainability plan, covering everything from resource efficiency to supply chain, to adapt to this ambition to transition to a low-carbon, circular economy. Through the Green Transition Fund options, EI clients can avail of funding to work with Green Directory consultants, such as Impactful Insights.

B Leaders are experienced sustainability professionals who have been trained to guide businesses through B Corp™ certification.

I was lucky enough to join the first Irish cohort of trained B Leaders, working together to grow the movement here in Ireland. With my training and experience in becoming a certified B Corp™, I am here to lead your team to a successful certification.
